Because this is a position assigned to the 206 bargaining unit, bidders will

General Description of Duties:  

This position assists unit staff of varying levels of expertise in sustaining
Evidence Based Practices, including, but not limited to, Person Centeredness,
Integrated Dual Disorders Treatment (IDDT), and Illness Management and Recovery
(IM&R) on an inpatient basis to persons with serious and persistent mental
illness. Persons in this position will take a lead role in providing support and
mentoring to peers on incorporating Evidence Based Practices into daily work.
Persons in this position provide quality medical and psychiatric care to
patients as specified on individualized treatment plans under the supervision of
a Registered Nurse. Persons in this position also maintain a safe environment
and provide active treatment and social support to patients.
