WHAT IS RECORE?
REcore (REcore Solutions LLC), positioned as MLS SaaS (Software as a Service)
and a Data Licensing organization, is a new company initiated by California
Regional Multiple Listing Service (CRMLS) for the benefit of other MLSs and
associations.
REcore is a distinct organization from CRMLS that enables participants to
benefit from modern technology architecture and processes.
Though REcore is in its infancy, it has already garnered a lot of interest and
attention.
WHY RECORE?
Following the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, an exorbitant number of
acquisitions and mergers between real estate-related products and vendors took
place. Product availability and innovation that were once reliable felt
undependable and less safe.
With the current unpredictable state of the organized real estate industry,
REcore is positioned to make extraordinary moves. More data provided to more
people – REcore exists to make it simple for agents, brokers and consumers to
create quality real estate decisions using listing data and technology.
RECENTERHUB
REcenterhub is a robust single sign-on (SSO) dashboard for users to interface
with all the functional aspects of an MLS. REcenterhub was created to meet the
unique needs of MLS and Association staff and to provide functionality to
improve the user experience. REcenterhub allows REcore to offer a dynamic
solution to fill gaps where existing vendors are unable to meet specific needs.
This is a powerful tool for MLS or Association staff to manage information, and
communications.
DATA LICENSING
REcore will look to expand the available market for MLS data usage and will
vigorously defend all intellectual property rights to ensure that those using
the MLS data are doing so in adherence to the terms and obligations of their
licensing agreements. REcore will also expand its reach to offer these valuable
services to other MLSs and Associations across the country and will also develop
additional license opportunities for brokerage community use.
CUSTOMER CARE SERVICES
This service involves supporting MLSs, Associations, and their users, including
real estate agents, brokers, and other stakeholders. Customer Care will handle
inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, offer guidance on platform usage, and
resolve any concerns or complaints. Customer care will be provided through
various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
