At first I didn’t know what to think about them just leaving the dead moss up on
my roof but over time it seem to die pretty quickly and just in a couple weeks

These two young men, Chris and Hayden came and did four of my buildings and also
a back driveway. I have to say I was a little concerned at first because they
seemed very young to me, but at my age everybody seems to be young.🤣🤣. These
young men were so professional, and did such a thorough job. I was so absolutely
impressed and worth every penny. They definitely knew what they were doing.

It’s not what Hayden said. It’s how he said it. I couldn’t tell you after that
conversation that I hadn’t just been speaking with the owner of the company. He
was so professional. He genuinely cared about what I was saying. That’s what I
would want from my team members as an owner of my business. We also really
enjoyed the Christmas/seasonal lights PNW Pro Wash put on the house. They were
done really well and looked really great. The lights were done the way we wanted

courteous, energetic....those two guys on the roof get two thumbs up! ProWash

PNW ProWash gave us a beautiful and very Merry Christmas with awesome outdoor
Christmas lights! it was so easy. With their help, we chose our lights and they
were quickly installed . Didn’t have to do a thing! They were on timers, all
cords etc discreetly placed! We chose our date for uninstalling and they simply
“disappeared “, being stored til next season! My grandson loved them! Next year?

We had our small deck completely cleaned, sanded and restrained. Everyone we

there was a miscommunication between me and the estimator which resulted in the
cost being higher than I had initially expected. We did get that straightened
out though and we were given a significant discount on the added costs which is

I booked my garage floor refinishing with Nicole in their main office, and was
very helpful, professional, responsive and timely. Although it took 2+ months to
get on their schedule, I think that just shows how in-demand they are. I got
routine reminders of the upcoming job, and a heads up of the names of the staff
doing the work. Because I live on an island, they came on the ferry the previous
evening, and dropped off their work trailer. They showed up the next morning on
time and ready to work. The explained their process, and said they would be done
in a day, which surprised me. But they jumped on the work, were very diligent
and thorough. They didnt mind our frequent picture taking, or numerous questions
while they worked. The outcome exceeded our expectations. The coating on the
floor is tough and looks fabulous. Better than a garage has a right to be. We've
moved a refrigerator and a w/d across the floor using a dolly, and no marks at
all. I cant speak highly enough. A very satisfied customer.

gutter cleaning. However the window washing service could be better. There were
still many noticable smears and marks and the tracks were not cleaned. For the
$275 price tag I could have done it better myself. Update. After my concerns

Update = 2021 This is my second year with this company helping me with our house
holiday lights. And... WOW! Once again they've helped make our home festive and
bright. I truly appreciate everyone there - all of them professional, efficient

2020 - I just had Christmas lights installed on our home and could not be more
excited! I normally would have never considered a service like this as I always
thought it would be too expensive for me. However, after receiving their flyer
in the mail, I decided to call for my free quote and am so glad I did! The
initial outlay cost initially feels expensive but it really isn't when you
include all of the initial work and supplies. The following cost per year is
very reasonable and well worth it. They also offer various discounts on a few of
their other services when you have the work completed, I chose gutter cleaning,
which was perfect as it was next on my list to be scheduled and done. Everyone I
spoke to and worked with was absolutely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

ProWash went above and beyond my expectations. The gutters are difficult to
reach and the roof is quite steep, but they navigated all of it flawlessly. They
deep cleaned our gutters as well our glass atrium and sky lights. All employees
were courteous and listened to my special requests. They had to come back again
because of a few items missed, but did it without complaint. I will definitely
hire them again.

As a Realtor, I hired this business to “freshen” a home prior to listing it. I
had simply asked for window washing and they gave me an estimate for gutter and
roof cleaning, as well as pressure washing the home and driveway. I had the
estimate within24 hours of me contacting them, and then the work was completed

We had this company do our Christmas lights this year. They came out to see the
house and gave us a quote within a week of contacting them, which is pretty
quick as some other companies would have been 3 weeks just to come look and give
us a quote. We had no problems setting up a time to have the lights installed,

This is a well organized and well run business. The staff were pleasant polite

Requested a quote just over a week ago. ProWash was able to come out in just a
few days for the quote and then just a week later came to do the work. Austin
and Jamaree were great. Super friendly and professional. Completed the work in
about 2.5 hours and went back and touched up a few spots I noticed got missed.

When we originally looked into having our roof cleaned, the first company we
contacted came by and said our roof was too steep and they couldn’t do it. We
phoned Northwest Pro Wash and Corey sent his estimator Cole out promptly for an
estimate. The day of the service, the crew was on time and put in a solid 9 hr
day to get the job done. We had the roof soft washed, windows and gutters
cleaned. They did a great job, cleaned up after themselves and were friendly and
hard working. They even cleaned our glass railing! Super happy with the service,
great work by the entire crew but particularly Austin and Jamaree who went above
and beyond!

technicians Derrick and Jack this is a very professional organization! They did
exactly what they said they would. My17 year old roof looks fantastic. Can’t

I reached out to Pacific Northwest ProWash as I needed to have my fence stained.
They responded immediately and came the next day to give me a quote. Then they
schedule an appointment for a soft wash and then stain, watching the ever
changing weather to make sure the days they performed the work would be suitable
based on the weather. Although my fence is only 1 1/2 years old I was amazed at
how much better it looked just from the soft wash. In fact, I had no idea I need
my fenced wash, but will use this service again in the future. Then they
conducted a spray stain and put a second coat on with a back brush. The end
product is amazing. Derek and his ortnwr (I didn’t get his name due to social
distancing), were professional, friendly and explained what they were doing as
needed. My fence looks amazing. I highly recommend this company and this team!

Cory and his team were great! The estimator arrived right on the scheduled time
as did the cleaning crew. They did a great job and reviewed the job with us
after completion to make sure we were satisfied with the work before they left.
I had a couple of questions prior to work being done and phone was always
answered promptly with a friendly voice on the other end. This has not been the
case when trying to find a window/gutter cleaner in the past. I will definitely
be using this company again!

Shocked at the difference it made! The outside of our home is so clean and
enjoyable. We had stains on one side of our home that no one could get out. I
was getting ready to spend a lot of money to paint the house. Cory told the home
didn’t need to be painted but rather it needed to be washed. He was right and it

I called to get an estimate to have the house, gutters, driveway and walkways
cleaned. Corey came out that day. He adjusted his schedule to fit us in as we
were listing the house. Jacob and Derek showed up on time and were friendly,

their way. They did a great job getting a heavy build up of moss off some of the

I am a residential property manager in Puyallup, WA. and used PNW ProWash to

These guys came and cleaned the sides and roof of my house using low pressure
method (I'm a fan - works great). Great attention to detail and attitude. These
