factors and the submission of this interest form does not guarantee I will
receive a battery.*

I understand MCE expressly disclaims any and all liability associated with the
Yeti 3000X battery, including for any injury or damage that arises out of the
use or misuse (including any use other than the intended use) of the battery. I
am responsible for reading all instructions and warnings provided by the
manufacturer. All applicable warranties are from the manufacturer and I must
work with the manufacturer directly for any warranty matters or issues
associated with the Yeti 3000X battery, including any instance of repair. I
agree and understand that acceptance of the battery from MCE at no cost
constitutes acceptance of these terms and disclaimers.*

and give consent to MCE to publish such video or photo in any form for
promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any
