The soundbar is like brand spanking new. Included an optical cable which was
a surprise, and a wall mount kit. I wasn't expected to get 'extras'. Totally
surprised this was as good as new. Plus it arrived 5 days earlier than
estimated. It sounds and looks great also. This is my first Bose product ever
and I'll certainly be looking to upgrade some other sound components with
Bose as well (except for my Corvette which has a Bose sound system).

honestly I thought $134.00 would buy me something significant. it's not
great..... it's "ok". for Bose it's embarrassing. I know there's a chip
shortage because of weekend at bernie's biden. honestly go buy a Logitech
speaker. or something similar, and not get it because there's a shortage on
EVERYTHING. anyhoo not great. Bose has obviously lost their "base". LITERALLY
no base... LG, Samsung...... just make sure they spent enough on creating the
device that they created HDMI inputs.

until long after issue and then sent a boiler plate response without any
solution. The next day the item magically showed up even though the previous

Excellent Value
As a former audio salesman, I used to have to sell against Bose. It was tough
because even though we all knew there was some electronic “trickery” going on,
the product sounded good. Twenty years later things haven’t changed much. This
particular unit (refurbished) is hands down, a great buy. I’ve tried numerous
other brands but they all had their drawbacks sonically. The Yamaha had decent
volume but was way too muddy for my taste. The Energy Soundbase was not bad but
being a base-its way too deep for my application. I’ve also tried non-amplified
center channels from Definitive and JBL. Both had their own restrictions. This

Does not always want to work.
Sound bar was never expected to give booming, theatre quality surround sound.
For that, a much more expensive system would be needed. It is supposed to give a
better quality and range of sound, than your typical television set will
provide. In that regard, it does succeed. My biggest problem with the sound bar
is that it often will not operate at all. The power comes on, but no sound comes
out. I've had to try rebooting several times, but often end up having to use my
TV's speakers. One "workaround " that sometimes works, is to pull the optical
sound cable out of it's plug and reinsert. Don't know if I have a lemon or if
this is a common flaw, but it shouldn't be this harRead full review…

GREAT SOUND
I am very please with the purchase of the Bose sound bar. Glad I jumped off the
fence about it. The set up was super easy with a couple of connection options
depending on the type/age of the TV. I love most that the sound is not the OLD
movie theater BOOM, it’s more subtle yet very noticeable. The surround sound
quality is on just another level, sophisticated. Everything I’d expect from the
Bose brand.

Typical Bose Quality
I got an awesome deal on this product so that will influence my opinion compared
with somebody who really forks out some cash. I like the design. Its fairly
small. I have a 43 inch television and this tucks into the TV quite nicely. The
metal type build is quite nice. Its sleek, small and has a nice look to it.
Besides its from Bose. What else to say. Now to the sound quality. If your
looking for an awesome soundbar experience you won't find it in this product.

Does the trick - good quality and features
Great for voice/vocal clarity - lack a little in bass. This is perfect for a
apartment but would be better as a center-channel in a larger home. Features are
great, however I wish there was an indicator on the bar itself of what level the
volume is. Unless I'm mistaken, theres just a power/activity indicator but
doesnt show you level.
