RULES

The following Official Vote Rules shall be Supplemental Terms to the Terms of
Service and are incorporated by reference therein.

For more information on how to vote or save via any of the vote methods, please
refer to the FAQ. For help with voting or saving, send an email with full
details to info@telescope.tv.


OFFICIAL VOTING RULES

The following rules and procedures (the “Official Voting Rules”) govern the
viewer voting available during certain episodes of The Voice (the “Show”).
Please note that the Official Voting Rules are subject to change at the sole
discretion of NBCUniversal Media, LLC (“NBC”) and Finnmax LLC ("Producer").


1. VOTING METHODS

During the Voting Windows (defined below), viewers may submit votes via the
below voting methods (collectively, the “Voting Methods”). There are two (2)
Voting Methods available to viewers::

>  1. App Voting
>  2. Online Voting

The Voting Methods are open to anyone located in the fifty (50) United States,
including the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico (collectively, “Geographic
Area”) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. For more information on how
to vote using each Voting Method, please refer to the FAQ section on NBC.com.
For help with any Voting Method, send an email to info@telescope.tv.

> 1.1 App Voting

> Viewers may vote using The Voice Official App (“App Voting”).
> 
> To vote via App Voting, download The Voice Official App from the App Store or
> Google Play, open The Voice Official App and tap the VOTE button to create an
> NBCUniversal profile for free using your email address or your Google account,
> or your Apple ID. If you previously registered for an NBCUniversal Profile,
> tap the Log In link at the bottom of the create profile form and complete all
> required fields to log in to your existing profile.
> 
> To successfully create a profile with email, you will need to provide your
> email address, password and confirm your acceptance of the Official Voting
> Rules. Information collected is subject to the NBCUniversal Privacy Policy
> (located at www.nbcuniversal.com/privacy).
> 
> To successfully create a profile with your Google account, you will need to
> connect to your Google account and confirm your acceptance of the Official
> Voting Rules. If you do not already have a Google account, you can create one
> for free on Google.com. Please note that you must agree to comply with the
> Google Terms of Use in order to create a Google account. Information collected
> is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and the data policies as published on

> To successfully create a profile with your Apple ID, you will need to connect

> An NBCUniversal Profile is required to vote. If you do not already have an
> NBCUniversal Profile, you can create a profile for free as outlined above. If
> you previously created an NBCUniversal Profile, follow the instructions
> outlined above to log in to your existing profile.

> After you have created a profile or logged in to your NBCUniversal Profile,
> and when the Voting Window is open, click on the artist of your choice to
> assign a vote to the artist.
> 
> For Overnight Voting, submit your vote assignment by clicking on the “Submit
> Vote” button. You may assign, save and change your vote at any time prior to
> the end of the applicable Overnight Voting Window (defined below). Once the
> applicable Overnight Voting Window closes, your vote assignment will be
> submitted and counted as valid (subject to the limitations below). You may
> vote via The Voice Official App one (1) time per email address, regardless of
> login method used, during each Overnight Voting Window.
> 
> For the Instant Save (defined below), submit your Instant Save vote assignment
> by clicking on the “Submit Save” button. If you correctly submit your Instant
> Save vote, you will get a message on your screen thanking you for saving. You
> will NOT be able to change your Instant Save vote once submitted. You may
> submit an Instant Save vote either via The Voice Official App or via NBC.com
> one (1) time per email address regardless of voting method used during the
> Instant Save Window.
> 
> Any App Voting attempts above one (1) vote per email address will NOT be
> counted as valid. Votes must be cast by the authorized account holder of any
> email, Google account or Apple ID from which votes are made. Information
> collected is subject to the NBCUniversal Privacy Policy (located at
> www.nbcuniversal.com/privacy).
> 
> 1.2 Online Voting

> Viewers may vote by using NBC.com (“Online Voting”).
> 
> To vote via NBC.com,visit NBC.com/VoiceVote and create an NBCUniversal profile
> for free using your email address or your Google account or your Apple ID. If
> you previously created a profile, tap the Log In ink at the bottom of the
> create profile form and complete all required fields to log in to your
> existing profile.
> 
> To successfully create a profile with email, you will need to provide your
> email address, password and confirm your acceptance of the Official Voting
> Rules. Information collected is subject to the NBCUniversal Privacy Policy

After you have created a profile or logged in to your NBCUniversal profile, and
when the Voting Window is open, click on the artist of your choice to assign a
vote to the artist.

> 

For Overnight Voting, submit your vote assignment by clicking on the “Submit
Vote” button. You may assign, save and change your vote at any time prior to the
end of the applicable Overnight Voting Window (defined below). Once the
applicable Overnight Voting Window closes, your vote assignment will be
submitted and counted as valid (subject to the limitations below). You may vote
Online one (1) time per email address, regardless of login method used, during
each Voting Window.

For the Instant Save (defined below), submit your Instant Save vote assignment
by clicking on the “Submit Save” button. If you correctly submit your Instant
Save vote, you will get a message on your screen thanking you for saving. You
will NOT be able to change your Instant Save vote once submitted. You may submit
an Instant Save vote either via The Voice Official App or via NBC.com one (1)
time per email address, regardless of login method used, during each Instant
Save Window.

Any Online Voting attempts above one (1) vote per email address will NOT be
counted as valid. Only the assignment reflected when the Voting Window ends will
be counted as your vote. Votes must be cast by the authorized account holder of
any email, Google account or Apple ID from which votes are made. Information
collected is subject to the NBCUniversal Privacy Policy (located at
www.nbcuniversal.com/privacy).

1.3 Voting Method Limits

> 

Producer and NBC reserve the right to change the abovementioned limits on the
number of votes that may be made via each Voting Method in the Producer’s and/or
NBC’s sole discretion. The Administrators (defined below) reserve the right, in
their sole discretion, to reject votes cast by any individual who does not abide
by the Official Voting Rules or who tampers with the voting process or artists
in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner or to take any other actions that they
deem appropriate (including without limitation removing such Voting Method from
the Show altogether). Please note that certain Voting Method limits and
restrictions may not be enforceable as written due to limitations on the
Administrators’ (defined below) ability to prevent and track certain Voting
Method misuses, such as limitations on the ability to deduplicate votes
submitted by one user via multiple accounts or by more methods than allowable
under the Official Voting Rules.


2. VOTING ROUNDS

Viewers may vote using the above Voting Methods in the following voting rounds:

> 2.1 Overnight Voting
> 
> During the December 2, 2024 and December 9, 2024 Overnight Voting Windows
> (defined below), viewers can vote using App Voting and Online Voting. The
> total number of valid votes within the applicable Overnight Voting Window from
> App Voting and Online Voting will be added together (the “Overnight Vote
> Total”) to determine which artists will advance in the competition.
> 
> 2.2 Instant Save Voting
> 
> During the December 3, 2024 Instant Save Window (defined below), viewers can
> vote for save eligible artists (i.e., artists who are up for vote during the
> Instant Save Window) via App Voting or Online Voting. The Instant Save
> eligible artist with the most valid combined App Voting and Online Voting cast
> during the applicable Instant Save Voting Window will advance to the next week
> of the competition.
> 
> 2.3 Finale Voting
> 
> The “Finale Vote Total” means each remaining artist’s Overnight Vote Total (as
> outlined in Section 2.1) from the December 9, 2024 Overnight Voting Window.
> The artist not otherwise eliminated with the highest Finale Vote Total will be
> declared the winner of The Voice.


3. VOTING WINDOWS

> Voting by any Voting Method is available during multiple voting windows
> (“Voting Window(s)”). Additional Voting Windows and/or methods may be added
> and the below Voting Windows may be changed as determined and announced by NBC
> and Producer in their sole discretion. All times for Voting Windows as
> indicated above are local to the time zone where the voter resides. If you
> attempt to vote through any method outside of the defined Voting Window, your
> vote will not count.

> 3.1 Overnight Voting Window(s)

> Eligible persons can start voting in the “Overnight Voting Window” during the
> performance episodes airing December 2, 2024, and December 9, 2024 (subject to
> change without notice). An “Overnight Voting Window” is a voting window as
> listed below.

> 3.2 Instant Save Voting Window(s)

During the Show’s results episode on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, there will be an
opportunity, available online and via The Voice Official App, for viewers to
participate in real time and instantly save one of the artists in danger of
being eliminated during the Eastern Time (ET)/Central Time (CT) live broadcast
of the applicable results episode (the “Instant Save”).

During the episode with an Instant Save, the Instant Save Window will be
announced on-air, via The Voice Official App (available on the App Store and
Google Play) and following The Voice at @nbcthevoice on social, after the
artists in danger of being eliminated are revealed. The Instant Save Window will
last for five (5) minutes from the time that the start of the Instant Save
Window is announced; the details on the exact timing of each Instant Save Window
will be revealed during the applicable episode.

Eligible persons can vote in the Instant Save Window during the results episode
airing December 3, 2024 (subject to change without notice). An “Instant Save
Window” is a Voting Window as listed below.

All times are local to the location listed. To participate in the Instant Save
from other time zones: (1) locate your time zone in the charts above; (2) during
the period listed for your time zone, monitor the resources listed above for
information on when to vote and who is eligible for vote and follow the steps
outlined in Section 1 above for how to submit your Instant Save vote. If you
attempt to vote outside of the defined Instant Save Voting Window, your vote
will not count.


4. COST OF VOTING

> 4.1 App Voting. App Voting is subject to standard Internet access charges and
> data rates may apply for app download and usage.
> 
> 4.2 Online Voting. Online Voting (via NBC.com) is subject to standard Internet
> access charges; data rates may apply.


5. DISCLAIMERS

Finnmax LLC, NBCUniversal Media, LLC, ITV Studios The Voice USA, Inc., Horizon
Alternative Television, Inc., and Telescope, Inc., and each of their respective
direct or indirect parents, subsidiaries, related and affiliated entities and
persons, and each of their respective agents, officers, directors, employees,
managers, members, contractors, and their respective successors, licensees and
assigns, and any other entity involved in the development, administration,
promotion, or implementation of any Voting Method and these Official Voting
Rules (collectively, the “Administrators”) are not responsible for and shall not
be liable for: lost, incomplete, late, damaged, or misdirected votes;
difficulties, failures or malfunctions of computers, phones (including wireless
phones/handsets) tablets and/or other devices, phone lines or telephone systems
or other communications malfunctions; cellular equipment towers, telephone
systems or wireless services; interrupted or unavailable networks, applications
or servers; miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or other
technical failures; garbled, lost, misrouted or scrambled transmissions; any
error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in any transmission,
communication or report; traffic congestion; or for any technical or other
problem which may cause the voting to be disrupted or corrupted.

If for any reason the voting is not capable of being executed as planned, or if
there is an infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized
intervention, fraud, hacking or technical or reporting failures, or if any other
causes beyond the control of Administrators corrupt or affect the
administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this voting,
the Administrators reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to take any
action they deem appropriate or to withdraw the transmission of any vote, but
are in no way obligated to do so. In the event of technical difficulties with
NBCUniversal Profile, you may be offered an opportunity to vote by logging in
with an email and accepting voting rules, without logging in to your
NBCUniversal Profile. Furthermore, the Administrators may, but are not obligated
to, permanently disqualify from any voting any person Administrators believe has
intentionally violated these Official Voting Rules, and terminate or suspend
voting at any point and declare the vote results based on the votes up to that
point, if it appears that the voting process has been so distorted by hacking,
failures, errors or other interference that the results would not reflect actual
valid votes should the voting continue. In the event of technical or reporting
difficulties with the App Voting or Online Voting including, but not limited to,
mobile or Internet service interruptions, Administrators, in their sole
discretion, reserve the right to review the votes for accuracy and to take any
action they deem appropriate, including, without limitation, voiding all votes
cast during the time period in which such technical or reporting difficulties
occurred, voiding the votes cast during the time period in which such technical
or reporting difficulties occurred with such method, and/or removing such method
of voting from the Show altogether and relying only on the other voting methods,
but are in no way obligated to do so. In the event of technical or reporting
difficulties with the Voting Methods, or in the event two or more artists
receive the same number of votes such that the winner(s) or loser(s) of any Vote
cannot be determined, Administrators reserve the right to have eliminations be
determined by any method determined by NBC and Producer in their sole
discretion. Administrators assume no responsibility for any injury or damage to
participants or voters or to any person's computer or other property relating to
or resulting from entering or downloading materials, applications or software in
connection with this vote, or otherwise participating in this voting.
Administrators are not responsible for telecommunications, network, electronic,
technical or computer failures of any kind, for inaccurate transcription or
reporting of voting information, errors in any promotional or marketing
materials, for any human or electronic error, or for votes or reports that are
stolen, misdirected, garbled, delayed by computer transmissions, lost, or late.
By participating, each individual agrees to release and hold the Administrators
harmless against any and all claims and liabilities of any kind arising in whole
or in part, directly or indirectly, out of such individual’s participation in
the voting. Administrators will take commercially reasonable steps where
practicable to prevent voting outside of the Geographic Area; however, some
votes cast outside of the Geographic Area may be counted. Administrators will
also take commercially reasonable steps where practicable to enforce other
Voting Method limits and restrictions set forth in the Official Voting Rules;
however, some limits and restrictions may not be enforceable as written due to
limitations on the Administrators’ ability to prevent and track Voting Method
misuse, such as voting using multiple accounts or by more methods than allowable
under the Official Voting Rules.

These rules are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of the
Administrators. Notification regarding any such change will be posted at
NBC.com.

Caution: Any attempt by a voter or any other individual to deliberately damage
any online service or website, tamper with the voting process, or otherwise
undermine the legitimate operation of the voting is a violation of criminal and
civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Administrators reserve the right
to seek damages and/or other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent
permitted by law.


6. CONDITIONS FOR VOTING

By voting, you are agreeing not to use any unofficial, third party services to
cast votes on your behalf. Administrators reserve the right, but are not
obligated, to disqualify, block or remove any votes from any individual who
votes by any electronic, mechanical or automated means, or otherwise tampers
with the vote process, or for any other reason, as determined by Administrators
in their sole discretion.

Administrators are not responsible for any damages to voters' device(s) that may
occur from use of service. Administrators reserve the right, for any reason and
in their sole discretion without any obligation, to modify, suspend or
discontinue the voting service without prior notice.

Administrators reserve the right to modify any of the Show's contest or voting
rules, the Official Voting Rules, the Voting Windows, and the terms and
conditions of this voting process at any time in their sole discretion.

The prize(s) awarded to the winner of The Voice on-air, and the impact of viewer
voting, is subject to the terms, conditions, rules and qualifications of that
program. For the avoidance of doubt, no prize will be awarded to any voter.
Votes will be solely used to assist in determining The Voice on-air prize
recipient.


7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

THESE RULES, AND SUBMISSION OF YOUR VOTE, ARE GOVERNED BY, AND WILL BE CONSTRUED
IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, AND THE FORUM AND VENUE
FOR ANY DISPUTE SHALL BE IN NEW YORK, NEW YORK. IF THE CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM IS
NOT OTHERWISE RESOLVED THROUGH DIRECT DISCUSSIONS OR MEDIATION, IT SHALL THEN BE
RESOLVED BY FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY JUDICIAL ARBITRATION
AND MEDIATION SERVICES, INC., IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS STREAMLINED ARBITRATION
RULES AND PROCEDURES OR SUBSEQUENT VERSIONS THEREOF (“JAMS RULES”). THE JAMS
RULES FOR SELECTION OF AN ARBITRATOR SHALL BE FOLLOWED, EXCEPT THAT THE
ARBITRATOR SHALL BE EXPERIENCED AND LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW IN NEW YORK. ALL
PROCEEDINGS BROUGHT PURSUANT TO THIS PARAGRAPH WILL BE CONDUCTED IN THE COUNTY
OF NEW YORK. THE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL DAMAGES, AND IN
NO EVENT SHALL ANY PARTY BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY,
CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES OR OTHER SUCH
RELATED COSTS OF BRINGING A CLAIM, OR TO RESCIND THIS AGREEMENT OR SEEK
INJUNCTIVE OR ANY OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF.
