ABOUT US


The Function of Bin Hamoodah Company LLC as the Holding of The Bin Hamoodah
Group was revised in 2008. In view of preparing the second generation to take
more responsibility in the Companies of the Group and ensure the continuity of
the business activities in the future, the Owners decided to transfer the
ownership from the individuals to newly set up Family Holding Companies: Ghanem
Ali Bin Hamoodah & Sons LLC, Hamoodah Sons Holding LLC, and Faraj Bin Hamoodah
Holding LLC. As a result of the new legal and organizational Structures, the
institutional aspect of the Group will be reinforced.

Bin Hamoodah company will retain its advisory and Consultancy functions to
assist the Owners in the ongoing restructure, the business development and the
financial support of the Group, and will be having its own vision, mission and
objectives.







Vision:

The Vision is reflecting the Founders’ wishes to preserve the reputable family
name of Bin Hamoodah to the future generations and maintain consistently through
their business activities since 1967 their contribution to the economic and
social development of UAE Society.

Mission:

Advise the Owners on the various common business activities. Provide them with
legal and financial support required for corporate strategies.

Objectives:

Ensuring that Legal Structure is according to the Owners’ requirements and in
compliance with the local regulations. Advising on the Organization and
Management Structures of the Operating Companies to ensure the continuity of the
business activities of the Group. Acting as a family council to reinforce the
family relationships and protect the reputation of Bin Hamoodah.

In view of the singular importance of the petroleum sector in the country's
overall development and emerging need for technology inputs, Bin Hamoodah
decided in 1972 to establish a new, 100% local company called Gulf Automation
Services and Oilfield Supplies [GASOS].
