SUMMIT BREWING COMPANY RATSKELLER



Join us at the Summit Ratskeller, the best place to enjoy brewery-fresh beer,
conversation and community in Saint Paul. We serve 20+ year-round, seasonal and
limited-edition brews in our Ratskeller! Hours are 3 – 9 p.m. Thursdays through
Saturdays.

Hungry? While we don’t have a kitchen, enjoy our near-nightly food trucks, bring
a picnic or grab delivery or take-out from one of our featured local restaurant
partners! We’ll keep you entertained with live music, trivia, and wide variety
of games.

The Summit Ratskeller is a surcharge and tip free establishment, plus our beer
prices include all taxes.

Additional Information

Summit Beer fun begins at the Summit Ratskeller! In addition to our beer hall,
in the warm months we have a bluff-side patio. Leashed, well-behaved pets are
welcome on the patio.

The Summit Ratskeller is a surcharge and tip free establishment. Our
prices include all taxes.

Our address is 910 Montreal Circle, St. Paul, MN 55102

Hours
Thursday – Saturday 3 – 9 p.m.  Closed major holidays including Memorial Day,
July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day & New Years Day.

Guests
All ages are welcome in the beer hall! But, if you want a beer you will be
carded so don’t forget your government-issued photo ID. If you have a large
group, no reservations are needed. However, it doesn’t hurt to call ahead just
so we’re prepared.

Dogs
Dogs are allowed on the patio only. Sorry, your pup-pals must stay outside no
matter how much of a good boy they are.

Food
We do not have an in-house kitchen, as our focus is on providing the best beer
possible! But we invite you to enjoy our near-nightly food trucks, bring a
picnic or grab delivery or take-out from our local restaurant partners

Tours
Tours are back!

We are once again offering tours of our Ratskeller and Brewhouse. Tours are
offered at 2 p.m. on Saturdays. Each guided tour is $10 and includes a guided
tasting of four of our award-winning beers.
