CASE UPDATE

This case is seeking to recover unpaid overtime wages from FedEx Ground Package
System, Inc., on behalf of FedEx delivery drivers who have driven vehicles rated
less than 10,001 pounds and have worked over 40 hours in a week and have not
been paid time-and-a-half.  

The case is currently in the discovery phase, during which each side is
exchanging information relevant to the overtime claims.  If you have received an
