Helping a traveler out

Needed tires to finish Colorado bdr trip. Tool my wheels off and Greg had me out
with new shoes in about an hour. Kept me on schedule, good prices on the tires
too. Even gave me some route tips for my ride back. Best part: not having to
spoon on the tires myself after 5 days on the bdr! Thanks Greg and Steamboat

Best in the business!

My family and I have purchased 11 sleds over more than a decade of doing
business. Weve been treated as family since day one. Jason, Travis, Trevor,
Andrew, Brendan, Jim, and Greg have always been great. Fair pricing and
OUTSTANDING customer service. We recommend giving this shop a chance at earning
your business.

Service King

Travis, from Service Department, worked with David and I, to get our machine
from almost Meeker to Steamboat, for service in a single day. That's going
beyond the ordinary! Craig was not up to our standards for our needs from
beginning to end. We were not comfortable shopping in Craig, we were not
impressed with parts services or any other aspect of Craig Power Sports. Their
Deal not mine... Didn't feel welcome - as a customer, colleague...friend,
partner in processes. I am not sure that they would have TRIED to get out
machine in a day; not making us do s return trip!!! (Employee: Travis King)

Great service all over

Have bought an used sled and got the best service.really traveled far but cant
beat the sale and love front the dealership and few months later picked up an
trailer and bought 2 new sleds. Greg went and above to make the deal go threw
cant beat that. The entire team is family and takes good care of us thanks guys

Poor service

Recent repair was $100 over estimate. No call to get my permission for a new
battery which I already had purchased and had at home. Service just went ahead
and put a new one in. No call.

Excellent Customer Support

I have purchased a number of snowmobiles over the years. I first came to
Steamboat Powersports through an internet search. While they are not the closest
Ski-Doo dealer to me, they are by far the best. It is a three plus hour drive
for me to get to their shop and everything is always ready for my pick-up. The
team also helps arrange pick-up when they are in the area at a show or even
dropping stuff in my truck at the pass while I ride. I make every purchase for
my snowmobile and powersport needs here because I get great service and support.
