☑ 100% Satisfaction Guarantee:  Our guarantee is straight-forward.  If you are
not satisfied with an alteration, we will do whatever it takes to ensure you are
satisfied.  The satisfaction of our clients means everything to us.
Restriction: *The customer is always right.

☑ 2 Year Free Re-Alterations:  We will re-alter any garment for 2 years at no
charge, no questions asked, even if you simply change your mind about the fit.
  Your investment towards your clothing alterations is guaranteed.
*Restriction: We will gladly love to re-alter any garment for free under our 2
year re-alterations guarantee, but we cannot rush free re-alterations on
alterations performed over 6 months ago. Give us a week or two for free warranty
re-alterations.

☑ 2 Year Free Maintenance: We will maintain any garment previously altered by us
for 2 years at no charge. Routine maintenance includes reinforcing of hems,
tightening loose buttons, replacing missing buttons, replacing clasps, repair
lining, reinforce threads, reinforce open seams, hand pressing, collar resets,
lapel resets.
*Restriction: We will gladly repair lining for free, and repair open seams for
free. Full replacement of lining, and holes on fabric is not free. We cannot
rush free maintenance. Give us a week or two for free maintenance.

☑ Money Back Assurance:  If you are not satisfied with an alteration, you do not
have to pay for that specific alteration seam.  Money Back Guarantee enacts if
our tailors are unable to satisfy you after a reasonable effort is made to
correct the fit.  If you are not 100% satisfied, immediately ask to speak to
Juan to schedule a fitting to qualify for a refund.
*Restriction: Maximum refund amount is $500 per client.

"I'd been using Juan for years prior to Covid for pretty much everything. Now,
3.5 years later, my daughter was getting married and no tux fit right. So I knew
what to do: buy a good tux with a decent shape and bring it to Juan to do his
magic on the jacket and pants (including narrowing the legs). I also had him
alter the tux shirt to make it snug and perfect sleeve length. Well, Juan once
again killed it, making both pieces fit like a glove! I was the hit of the
wedding (well, after my daughter and wife lol), and I got more compliments on my
tuxedo and shirt than I could count. It felt pretty good as an older man to
still get compliments, and it really was all due to Juan's magical skills.
