producer in both.  In 2002 I accepted a position at the headquarters office of
the United States Marshals Service, Asset Forfeiture Division.  During my tenure
I negotiated and managed the sales of more than 2000 forfeited residential and
commercial properties located in the United States and Puerto Rico.  Many of
