the first time in history, according to the first part of The State of Retailing
Online 2007 report by Shop.org and Forrester Research. The report found the

U.S. agencies offering digital marketing services led the charge as overall
agency revenue grew 8.8% to $28.2 billion in 2006, reports AdAge. Billings from
traditional advertising and media were up just 4.2%, reaching $13.1
