MY AIA - ONLINE PAYMENT
Payment through this method can be done using your debit/ credit card. Local or
international Visa or Master debit/credit cards are accepted.
The My AIA “Pay Online” facility is available for :
Policy loans
Life insurance policy premiums
General insurance individual personal accident policy premium
Takaful certificate contributions
AIA Vitality membership fees
Automatic premium loans
Advance premium/contribution payments for your policies/certificates

STEP 1
LOGIN TO MY AIA
If you are using web browser, login here.
If you are using mobile, download the app here.

CLICK "PAY ONLINE"

STEP 3
MAKE A PAYMENT - SELECT POLICY/CERTIFICATE FOR PAYMENT
a. Check the box(es) to pay the outstanding premium/contribution/AIA Vitality
membership.
Note: The current amount due will vary depending on the last payment date.
b. Select the number of advance payment/contribution from the dropdown list.
Note: If the policy/certificate is on a quarterly payment cycle, selecting 1
Advance Payment means that the advance payment will be made for the next
quarter payment cycle.
c. For the repayment of your Automatic Premium Loan (APL) and Policy Loan (PL),
select the respective boxes.
Note: You can choose to pay in full or any amount of the APL / PL, subject
to a minimum of RM100.

REVIEW YOUR PAYMENT DETAILS AND CLICK "NEXT"

ENTER YOUR DEBIT/CREDIT CARD DETAILS, CHECK THE 2 BOXES & CLICK “PROCEED”

ENTER THE OTP PROVIDED BY YOUR CARD ISSUING BANK TO COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION

STEP 7
YOU WILL BE DIRECTED TO THE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT PAGE AFTER SUCCESSFUL PAYMENT
An acknowledgement Email and SMS will also be sent to the email address and
mobile number saved under “My Profile”
Note: Please ensure your email address and mobile are the latest, please update
your information through My AIA.

VIEW YOUR TRANSACTION HISTORY
VIEW FROM MY AIA PORTAL:
a. From your home page, select “My AIA” from top panel and click on “My
Profile” .
b. Select “My Payments” and then click on “View Transaction History”
c. You should be able to see your transaction history in “Online Payment” tab.
VIEW FROM MY AIA APP:
a. From your home page, click the icon on the top left and select “My Profile”.
b. Select “My Payments” and then click on “View Transaction History”
c. You should be able to see your transaction history in “Online Payment” tab.

1. Who can perform the online payment using My AIA?
My AIA registered users (Policy/Certificate Owner) can perform renewal
premium/contribution payment for in-force policies/certificates. Step by step
guide to perform payment via the My AIA App is available here.

2. How to register as My AIA user?
If you are a new user, please download the My AIA app from your Apple App Store
/ Google Play / Huawei App Gallery. Step by step guide on how to register and
log in to the My AIA app are available here.

3. What are the payment methods that can be used for My AIA Pay Online?
Local or international Visa or Mastercard credit/debit cards is available.

4. Is the My AIA Pay Online channel applicable for all AIA
policies/certificates?
Currently, the My AIA Pay Online is only applicable for:
* renewal premium and repayment of Automatic Premium Loan/Policy Loan for Life
Insurance policies & Family Takaful certificates,
* renewal premium for Individual PA policies
* AIA Vitality membership fees for Individual & Corporate memberships.

5. Can I make premium/contribution payment for multiple policies/certificates at
one time?
Yes, you can.

6. Can I pay any premium/contribution amount?
No. My AIA Pay Online will display the outstanding premium/contribution amount,
except for repayment of Automatic Premium Loan/Policy Loan which is subject to a
minimum of RM100.
Please take note of your credit/debit card transaction limits that you have set
with your respective banks.

7. How would I know that the premium/contribution payment has been successfully
applied to my policy/certificate?
You may login to the My AIA app, two (2) working days after the payment has been
made via the Pay Online method to view the updated Premium/Contribution Due Date
under My Policy or the payment transactions in Payment History page.

8. Can I register my credit/debit card for recurring billing via Pay Online?
No. You need to enroll for recurring payments via My AIA. Click on “Service
Request” and click on “Change Payment Method”. To view step by step guide, click

9. What if I did not receive the SMS notification for One Time Password (OTP)
while making payment via Pay Online?
You can retry by clicking the “Re-send code” button. Alternatively, you may
contact your card issuing bank as the OTP SMS will be triggered by the
respective issuing bank to the registered mobile number.
