Hello & a big welcome


I AM DEBRA SAVAGE - FOUNDER OF THE HEALING JOURNEY. 

I am the founder of The Healing Journey-Chronic Pain Support Facebook Group and
founder of my new project called Insights Into Healing where I will be
publishing health  guides for patient use. 

I am a health coach/patient advocate with over twenty-nine years of experience
in medical research for Harvard Medical School and over three years of health
coaching experience. 

I have also been a chronic pain warrior for over ten years now and am now taking
the experiences that I have learned in my own health journey to help my clients
to achieve renewed health and vitality in spite of living in chronic pain. 

 I am now turning my mess into my message. Please come along for the journey and
begin healing with the right support.
