A small addition to the fix is Even if you do not have the process wscript.exe running, go and find file in system32 folder (as suggested by santosh) and rename. And another file wscript.exe.mui (rename this) I could not find the Windows Title. Make a search on fusionace in ur registry and modify the entries (i got few additional entries).
