WHAT ARE KEYCAPS?

Keycaps are the plastic coverings on top of the keys on a keyboard. They can
come in a variety of colors and styles, and can be customized to match your
preferences. Keycaps are often replaced due to wear and tear, or to change the
look of the keyboard. They can also be replaced to improve comfort, as different
keycaps can be more or less ergonomic.

What is Keyper?

Keyper is an Australian website selling custom keycaps and custom mechanical
keyboards. The focus is to help anyone buy the correct keycaps for their
keyboards and make it as easy as possible.

What types of keyboards does Keyper sell keycaps for?

Keyper offers keycaps for mechanical keyboards only. Many gaming keyboards and
DIY keyboards kits are mechanical keyboards.

What are the benefits of using custom keycaps?

Custom keycaps can offer a number of benefits, including:

 * improved comfort and feel while typing
 * easier identification of keys in low-light environments
 * a more unique look and feel for your keyboard

How do I know what type of keycap I need?

In order to determine what type of keycap you need, you first need to identify
the type of switches that are being used on your keyboard. Keyper sells
primarily Cherry MX & Gateron compatible keycaps, so be sure to use our
compatibility checker to be sure its the right fit for your keyboard.

If you’re not sure which switches your keyboard has, please get in touch with us
via phone or live chat and we’ll guide you.

How do I install my new keycaps?

The installation process is very straight forward, we’ll include every tool
you’ll need to replace your current keycaps.

What are Keyper's shipping times?

Keyper offers free express shipping on all orders within Australia and typically
ships orders within 1-2 business days. All orders are shipped from our Brisbane
warehouse.

Do Keyper's keycaps come with a warranty?

Yes, all Keyper keycaps come with a warranty. If you have any problems with your
keycaps, please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we’ll help you out.

What keyboard layouts do Keyper's keycaps support?

Keyper’s keycaps support the following keyboard layouts: ANSI, ISO, Windows, and
Mac. All kits include every key you’ll need for every size of keyboard.

I'm having trouble finding the right keycap for my keyboard, can Keyper help?

Yes! We would be more than happy to help you find the right keycap for your
keyboard.

Simply head over to our keycap compatibility tool and search for your current
keyboard. This tool will allow you to select the specific keyboard that you have
and then show you all of the compatible keycaps that we have available.

Are Keyper's keycaps made from high quality materials?

Yes, Keyper’s keycaps are made from high quality materials. We only use the best
ABS, PBT and doubleshot keycaps to ensure that our products are of the highest
quality. Our aim is to provide a highly durable and wear/fade resistant product.
