MFPE State Employee Pre-Budget Priorities Survey #2 The results are in! Nearly 1000 MFPE state employee members participated in the initial bargaining survey for 2 weeks, between April 8 and April 23, weighing in on critical pre-budget bargaining topics such as how to increase wages, caregiver leave, tele-work, locality pay, health insurance, workload, and more. Check out the graphs below for a quick summary or the results! These MFPE member voices and opinions give our members on the MFPE pre-budget bargaining team plenty of direction for how best to negotiate with Governor Gianforte regarding the state employee pay plan.
