It is precise. I use it several times a day to cook my Whole Food

from burning. Put in a 1/2 head of Cauliflower with 1/4 Onions & Potato
flesh side up. Sweet Potato cut rounds, and this fryer cooks fast, keeping

BEST OVEN
Last February 2020, my previous Breville Oven finally bit the dust after 7.5
years of wonderful service. It was a smaller version (Compact Oven with only
8 pre-sets). So I had to ask myself, do I want to order the same model or go
BIG with an upgrade. After much research, I upgraded to the Breville Smart
Oven Air! Purchased in March 2020 (prior to COVID-19).Yes it is expensive,
but so worth it. My money has been well spent as I use the unit every single
day! My main oven, oh well, I do use the stovetop, but the oven of choice is
the Breville. I've read so many negative reviews, from performance to over
all cleaning. However, when using the Breville, you should take the same
precautions you would use, when using a regular oven; such as spillovers,
drips. etc. It will be almost a year (coming March 2021) and this is how my
unit looks (see photos). I've cooked Turkey's, Chicken, Roast veggies,
Air-Fried, including making my own Egg Rolls for the very first time, since
owning the Breville. And by the way, did you know Breville does provide a

IT’S LIKE HAVING A TRUE PORTABLE OVEN!
I love this countertop oven! It’s so easy to use. It comes with so much! 3
racks, one which is more like a basket. There’s also a pizza pan. Can easily
cook a whole Capon or small Turkey. Also comfortably fit 13 x 9 casserole
dish with handles. You can buy separately a wood cutting board with fee that
nest on top of the oven. It’s great for giving spice to set the extra racks
on when using the oven As well protecting cupboards from heat. The little
specialty rubber feet it has raises the board about 1” off the oven top so
it’s still able to disperse heat. Highly recommend.

COOK AT WILL: BOSA 900 IS JUST WHAT YOU NEED
I’ve been very surprised at the versatility of the BOSA 900. I love the size
and frankly I’ve given my convection microwave a vacation since I first used
this oven. It keeps the temperature and even it’s program settings are
flexible. I think I found a way to cook all SUMMER without having to strip
in the kitchen or pay extra to my electric company

NOT A GOOD INVESTMENT!
The smart oven air fryer pro Initially worked great, but after only 2 years
it started having issues. The door when closing by default leaves an open
gap, no longer fully closing without it being pushed. Even when the door is
closed, the steam still seeps through the corners of the oven. Leaving
stains all around that area. The heating has become unreliable, leaving my
food cooked unevenly. I’ve had a Breville smart oven in a different model
before this one and it worked great for many years. Wish I could say the
same for this one, but unfortunately I can not. I spent so much money on
this product and wished it would last me a longer time.

IT’S MAGIC
As far as I am concerned, this oven is *magic.* I bought it for making
sourdough bread, but the capabilities of this oven in the comparatively
small space that it occupies are astonishing. As evidence of its value to
me, I bought it for my 78 square foot tiny house on wheels, and it is more
than worth it for the space it takes up. I’m actually having a kitchen
remodel done to accommodate my new appliance! I absolutely LOVE it.

FABULOUS APPLIANCE, GREAT SUPPORT, DO NOT GET SEA SALT COLOR!
I purchased this oven from Williams Sonoma >18 months ago and I love just
about everything about it. Still giving it 5 stars! I don't use the
air-fryer feature often, because it is quite loud and very hot; noise is
annoying and I pull it away from cabinets, so they don't overheat.
"Convection" is my setting of choice. I was very excited to order the white
"sea-salt" color, as I have a white kitchen, but soon after I began cooking,
the paint started to discolor where the heat seeps out of the oven. Once the
paint began to peel, I contacted WS who directed me to Breville , and after
viewing the photos, they are replacing the appliance with no problem at all.
Customer Service was exceptional. I thought about another cool color, but
opted for stainless. Not as beautiful, but no paint to chip. I mostly cook
vegetables and the oven does a lovely job caramelizing them. I make oil free
fries with just seasoning and they are amazing. Other veggies too. Wonderful
appliance!
