SCOTT FERGUSON

Business Development Director

Scott has been involved in commercial and residential property development for
13 years. Scott founded OTB Developments in 2013 initially to work on
acquisitions for Woolworths Supermarkets and Aldi. The business has since grown
significantly, having developed buildings for some of Australia’s most
recognisable brands and diversifying into childcare and quick service retail.
Scott has successfully transferred the skills acquired developing retail centres
for Masters, Woolworths and Harvey Norman across all property sectors. Scott
specialises in site identification, acquisition, due diligence and approval
management.

STEFAN PIRUK

Development Director

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Stefan has been intrinsically involved in the acquisition and development of
property developments since 2011. Joining OTB Developments as a Director in
2016, stefan has delivered developments his role for Think Childcare, Green
Leaves Early Learning, 7-eleven and PUMA. Stefan has a sound understanding of
the Western Australian Property and construction markets with his experience in
residential, QSR, fuel, Childcare and retail.

MIKE CAMERON

Commercial Director

Mike has significant transactional, portfolio management and investment
experience having held analytical, commercial and managerial positions in
corporate finance teams, merchant banks, property investment firms and family
offices.

Mike started his career as a graduate in BDO Perth’s Corporate Finance team,
providing valuation and transaction support services to ASX listed clients. As
an Investment Manager for investment firm Sirona Capital, Mike was responsible
for seeking, analysing and realising investment opportunities in various
industries and asset classes (including real estate). Following his time at
Sirona Capital, Mike was Group Commercial Manager at AMB Holdings Pty Ltd. This
role involved Mike reporting to the board of directors on strategic, litigation,
portfolio management and investment matters for both AMB Holdings and Angela
Bennett’s personal asset portfolio.

Mike’s investment and commercial background has seen him involved in significant
investments in a wide variety of asset classes and industries. Similarly, Mike
has advised on strategies ranging from small family businesses to
multigenerational billion-dollar assets.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Commerce (First Class Honours) from Curtin University
of Technology. Mike is also a level 3 candidate in the Chartered Financial
Analyst program, providing him with a strong foundation of advanced investment
analysis and real-world portfolio management skills. The Chartered Financial
Analyst program is the most respected and recognised investment management
designation in the world.

MICHAEL STEVENS

Acquisition Director

Michael’s careen started in Commercial agency, and moved through private equity,
asset management and commercial property development.

Michael specialises in acquisitions, development management, asset strategy and
repositioning, freehold and lease hold transactions in retail, childcare,
commercial, Industrial and large format retail asset classes.
