2024 FPTA/CTD ANNUAL CONFERENCE + EXPO

Please mark your calendars for the upcoming FPTA/CTD Annual Conference + EXPO to
be held from September 22-24, 2024 in West Palm Beach. This event will feature
exhibits and vehicles indoors at the Palm Beach County Convention Center.

   2024 and ending with the FPTA/CTD Awards Banquet on Tuesday, September 24,

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES


REGULAR ATTENDEE

Ticket fees will be refunded (less a $25 cancellation fee per ticket) if a
request is received in writing by email to FPTA no later than Friday, August 30,
2024. There will be NO refunds after the Aug. 30th deadline or for no-shows.
Substitutions are allowed at no fee.


EXHIBITOR/SPONSOR

Ticket fees will be refunded (less a $150 cancellation fee per ticket) if a
request is received in writing by email to FPTA no later than Wednesday, July
31, 2024. There will be NO refunds after the July 31st deadline. Vendors must
pay all invoices prior to setting up booth/vehicle display. FPTA will accept
credit card or check payments onsite. If a vendor representative(s) arrives to
the event, but has unpaid invoices, they must pay on-site or they will not be
permitted to show. No exceptions.
