NITROGEN GAS TANK

Introduction: 

We manufacture Nitrogen Gas tanks of various capacities ranging from 500 Liters
to 200000 Liters in horizontal and vertical tanks. The tanks are double walled
with inner stainless steel and outer carbon steel with annular space with per
liter or super insulation and vacuum. The unit comes with all safety features as
per norms .Horizontal as well as vertical types are available. Evaporation loss
in negligible due to high grade of vacuums. The tanks are designed to store
liquid to - 196 Deg C and provided with safety valves and bursting disc for
additional safety.

What are the uses of Nitrogen?

Nitrogen gas is used as an inert atmosphere in food and chemical processing, as
an atmosphere for crystal growing and a carrier gas for gas chromatography.At
normal pressures nitrogen is fine but divers have to be careful when ascending
too quickly from the depths as "the bends" will occur and nitrogen gets released
by diffusion especially at the joints.

Nitrogen is used in virtually all manufacturing processes; industries as diverse
as food processing and chemical manufacturing benefit from its use. Praxair has

Precautions while with Nitrogen

Always wear heavy leather or insulated gloves and goggles when working with
liquid nitrogen. Always use tongs or forceps to remove straws, canes or other
items from the nitrogen storage container. When working with open containers of
liquid nitrogen boots should be worn and pants (or a full length apron) should
be worn outside the boots to prevent LN2 from running down into your boots.
