Our journey began in 2023 when a birthday crisis led to a moment of inspiration.
Our founder, Bryan, found himself in a dilemma while choosing the perfect cake
for his girlfriend. It was then that he realized the need for a tool that would
allow him to craft the ideal cake based on her exact preferences, ensuring she
would have the perfect birthday cake.Fueled by this revelation, we designed
yourCake to cater to your individual needs and to empower the talented bakers
within our platform.

Our mission is simple: to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and to make certain
that every customer gets precisely what they're looking for. yourCake is more
than a company; it's a celebration of creativity, choice, and the joy of cake.


FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Who can join yourCake?
Anyone can join yourCake. Both future customers and sellers are free to download
the app and check out yourCake and its features. Sellers, however, need to
undergo additional verification before they can start earning from yourCake.
How can I commission a new cake?
When you open the app, simply press on the middle "Add" button and you will be
able to start customising your new cake and commission it to all sellers
available in your area.
What if I do not want to make a custom cake?
That is perfectly okay! Simply select from a library of multiple cakes our
sellers have available for sale. You can make slight tweaks to their designs or
make requests and the seller will be able to deliver the cake in the shortest
time possible
How soon can my cake be delivered?
Delivery of your cake will solely depend on how soon the seller can deliver the
cake. If you decide to commission a custom cake, you can add a due date that you
need your cake to be delivered by and our sellers will confirm whether the
delivery can be made or not.
How can I earn as a seller?
Simply post cakes for sale or you may opt to accept commissions from customers
in your area and you can earn from the sale of cakes there. Please note that
yourCake takes a slight commission of 7.5% per sale of every cake on the
platform.
