GREAT STAY
Hotel is conveniently located next to T and minutes from Boston. Rooms are
quiet allowing you to relax at end of day. Staff was great at accommodating
cleaning requests. Breakfast was well stocked with better quality than
other hotels that offer breakfast. All of this at a very reasonable cost.
Will stay on our next visit too .

I hated my stay, the power went out for hours it was hot and stuffy. The
staff didn’t even check on the guests.

NOT SO GREAT STAY
Staff was not up to par!
Had to ask for 3 straight days to clean my room.
Manager was supposed to call me to give me some money back because w/d
machines weren’t working good.
Whenever I asked the cleaning staff for extra towels they rolled their
eyes.
Breakfast was ok but not that great.
Great location but need to train your staff and cleaning staff on how to
treat your customers.

INCORRECT BILL NOT RESOLEVED
The hotel decor was nice and the room was clean. My review is heavily
influenced by un unresolved billing issue, due to an incorrect checkout
date. Make sure you get a paper copy of the receipt and are billed
correctly before leaving the premises so you don't end up making multiple
phone calls only to be told it can't be fixed because it was billed in the
past.

A NICE PLACE TO STAY
This Fairfield is conveniently located right outside of Boston. You can
easily access the MBTA to visit Boston. It has the paths of the Mystic
River to walk. There are plenty of offsite places to dine and shop with in
walking distance.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is simple but filling. I
found the rooms to be adequate sized and clean. I definitely recommend it
as an alternative to staying in Boston.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY
We had a family reunion and needed quick access to Boston. The T is across
the street and it’s a few short stops to any area you want. The hotel is
clean, with comfortable beds and the staff were quite wonderful. The free
breakfast was a big plus.

Family member lives nearby and this is the perfect location for my dog and
I to stay at. Always friendly, clean, accommodating, and affordable. We
