README: ELITEpro Firmware Update Instructions

ELOG 15/19 Software Compatibility: ELOG 15/19 is compatible with Windows 11,
Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7 (32 and 64 bit), and is included with purchase
of an ELITEpro XC instrument (on a USB thumb drive). ELOG 15/19 is not
compatible with Windows XP. If you are running Windows XP, please continue to
use ELOG 14.
