DIRECTIONS

Directions:
If this is your first time logging in, you will need to complete the agreement
before you will have access to view letters or complete forms.

To Complete Forms:
 * Click on the participant's last name
 * Click generate under the form type
 * Select the appropriate due date from the options, then click 'select'
 * Complete the form and click 'Save & Submit'


To View and Acknowledge Letters:
 * Click on the participant's last name
 * Under the section "Letter history for this participant" click the name of a
   letter that has not been acknowledged (the box next to the letter under the
   Acknowledged column will be blank)
 * Once you have read the letter, click the box next to the appropriate letter
   under the Acknowledged column and click 'Save'
