party, where held by Demica; and (iv) withdraw consent to the processing of your
personal data. Withdrawing your consent does not affect the lawfulness of the
processing before the withdrawal of consent being based on consent. All such
requests should be made by contacting us as described in Section 12 below. We
will respond to your request in writing, or orally if requested, as soon as
practicable and in any event not more than within one month after receipt of
your request. In exceptional cases, we may extend this period by two months and
we will tell you why. Demica may require proof of identity in order to consider
or action your request. You also have the right to lodge a complaint about the
processing of your personal data with your local data protection authority.

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the
purposes we collected it for (as described in Sections 2 and 3 above). The
