<p>About the Project </p>
<p>You have been invited by Rocket Companies (<a rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" href="https://www.rocketcompanies.com/our-companies/">Rocket</a>) to provide feedback on Rocket Work Products (the “Product”). In order to allow staff
that cannot be present to observe and benefit from your feedback, Rocket will be recording your session including any audio, video, or device screens you share. Your participation in the feedback session is voluntary, and you are free to
refuse to participate or leave the session at any time. </p>
<p>Please review the following Consent, Release, and Non-Disclosure Agreement carefully, as it constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Rocket.</p>
<p>Consent and Release</p>
<p>I understand that Rocket may record me and my device screens (collectively, the "Communications") while I am providing feedback on the Product and may use such Communications to evaluate the design, appeal and usability of the Product. I
consent to the recording and use of my image, voice or both by Rocket. </p>
<p>I acknowledge that Rocket will be the sole owner of all rights in and to the Communications, for all purposes in perpetuity, and to the extent I am deemed to have any rights in the Communications, I assign to Rocket all those rights. I
hereby waive any copyright rights, publicity rights or any other rights that I may have regarding the Communications by Rocket. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished Communication. </p>
<p>I release Rocket and its respective directors, officers, trustees, team members, partners, agents and representatives from any and all claims, demands and liabilities (including, without limitation, libel, slander, invasion of privacy and
violation of publicity rights) in connection with the Communications, the use of the Communications and this Consent/Release Agreement.</p>
<p>I understand that if I disclose identifiable personal information that Rocket shall use reasonable security standards to protect such information. I also understand and agree that the concept, content, design, graphics and all other
information about the Product I am shown during my session is confidential and will not be shared with others in whole or in part, specifically or anecdotally.</p>
<p>I understand that any breach of this Agreement may give rise to irreparable injury to Rocket, which may not be adequately compensated by damages. Accordingly, in the event of a breach or threatened breach of this Agreement by me, shall
entitle Rocket to the right to an injunction or other equitable relief.</p>
<p>I understand that this consent and agreement is perpetual, that I may not revoke it at any time or for any reason and that it is binding.</p>

In order to allow staff that cannot be present to observe and benefit from your feedback, Rocket will be recording your session including any audio, video, or device screens you share. Your participation in the feedback session is voluntary, and you are free to refuse to participate or leave the session at any time. Please review the following Consent, Release, and Non-Disclosure Agreement carefully, as it constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Rocket. Consent and Release I understand that Rocket may record me and my device screens (collectively, the "Communications") while I am providing feedback on the Product and may use such Communications to evaluate the design, appeal and usability of the Product. I consent to the recording and use of my image, voice or both by Rocket. I acknowledge that Rocket will be the sole owner of all rights in and to the Communications, for all purposes in perpetuity, and to the extent I am deemed to have any rights in the Communications, I assign to Rocket all those rights. I hereby waive any copyright rights, publicity rights or any other rights that I may have regarding the Communications by Rocket. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished Communication. I release Rocket and its respective directors, officers, trustees, team members, partners, agents and representatives from any and all claims, demands and liabilities (including, without limitation, libel, slander, invasion of privacy and violation of publicity rights) in connection with the Communications, the use of the Communications and this Consent/Release Agreement. I understand that if I disclose identifiable personal information that Rocket shall use reasonable security standards to protect such information. I also understand and agree that the concept, content, design, graphics and all other information about the Product I am shown during my session is confidential and will not be shared with others in whole or in part, specifically or anecdotally. I understand that any breach of this Agreement may give rise to irreparable injury to Rocket, which may not be adequately compensated by damages. Accordingly, in the event of a breach or threatened breach of this Agreement by me, shall entitle Rocket to the right to an injunction or other equitable relief. I understand that this consent and agreement is perpetual, that I may not revoke it at any time or for any reason and that it is binding.
