employment law notices. These notices are enforced by the U.S. Department of
Labor (DOL). Additionally, cities and counties may also have their own required
notices to post.


WHO IS REQUIRED TO DISPLAY WORKPLACE POSTERS?



Any employer with one or more employees are required to display workplace
posters. Employers who fail to post required workplace posters expose themselves
to costly fines and potential lawsuits.


WHERE DO LABOR LAW POSTERS NEED TO BE POSTED?



Federal and state labor law posters must be posted in conspicuous places where
they can be easily viewed by all employees. Typically, you’ll find labor law
posters in places such as common areas and break room. Some posters are also
required to be displayed where they can be viewed by applicants for employment.


WHAT ARE THE POSTER REQUIREMENTS FOR MY STATE?



Posting requirements vary state to state. Additionally, certain cities and
