ABOUT THE FORUM

The National Youth Cancer Consumer Forum is the first of what will be an annual
event, hosted by the Youth Cancer Services (YCS) team at Canteen Australia, in
partnership with the Consumers Health Forum of Australia (CHF). This event will
bring together young consumer advocates who act in leadership roles within the
cancer space With a program focused on leadership training, skill development,
and advocacy, the Forum seeks to engage young cancer patients and survivors from
across the country with speakers, workshops and panel discussions that will help
support a collective group of engaged young leaders, and their aspiration to
become leaders of the future. Canteen and the Youth Cancer Services acknowledges
and thanks the Federal Government for funding this inaugural youth engagement
event.
