   I graduated from Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy and practiced as a
   Registered Massage Therapist since 2009. In 2023, I graduated from The
   Southern Ontario College of Osteopathy and practiced as an Osteopath to

   MASSAGE
   
   Massage therapy is the assessment, hands-onmanipulation of soft tissues of
   the body, and therapeutic exercises to help alleviate many chronic pain
   conditions. It has the ability to relieve pain and improve mood.

   stresses, muscular
   over use.
   · Improvecirculation and oxygenate soft tissue to promote homeostasis.

   OSTEOPATH
   
   Osteopath is a holistic form of treatment that addresses the root cause(s) of
   pain and discomfort. It is inquisitive, gentle, non-invasive, and works in
   harmony with the body’s subtle rhythms. Osteopath sees the body as one
   inherent unit. Its goal is to restore equilibrium within various systems thru
   muscular, lymphatic, cranial, and visceral to enhance homeostasis.

   The National Manual Osteopathic Society is a recognized by the following
   insurance providers: Canada Life, Green Shield Canada, Manulife Financial,

   Cash or E-transfer preferred. Receipts are provided for every treatment.
   
    
   
   No-Show / Short Notice Cancellation Policy
   
    
   
   Appointment changes and/or cancellations require at least 24 hours notice. In
   the event of a no-show or short notice cancellation, you will be required to
   pay the full treatment fee.
