Based out of Calgary Alberta, we design and build the highest quality modular
and movable Homes and Cottages in Western Canada.

Our construction is superior to all other RTM manufacturers as we design and
build our homes with the same construction quality found in high end Custom
Homes and Mansion.

We ship across British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba.

DESIGN AND BUILD

We can help you find the lot or land, design and build your movable home or
cottage, and even sell it afterward should you want. We can lock it up and let
you finish the interior yourself or we can finish it for you. Our services

OUR BUILDING SPECIFICATIONS



PRICE

 * Our price is dependent on size and finishes. We are far faster and more
   affordable than having it built on site. Most RTM’s (Ready To Move
   Manufacturers) are charging from $160-220 per square foot. Our price falls
   between $100-200 per square foot depending on final finishing’s or if we
   finish it completely for you.

PAYMENT

 * We take a deposit up front, and the rest of the payment before the building
   leaves our yard.

TIME

 * We need approximately 30 days to build your unit.

SHIPPING

 * Our Buildings can be shipped anywhere in Western Canada. We can offer
   shipping, or you can arrange for your own shipping. Shipping is an additional
   charge above building and is based on distance. Shipping in Alberta generally
   runs about $5,000-$10,000 per move.

FINISHING

 * Our buildings are built with the highest standards and materials. We can lock
   up the exterior of a building for you and you can finish the inside yourself,
   or we can provide a fully finished interior and exterior building for you. We
   even offer fully self contained buildings with built in Water and Sewer Tanks
   and Generator Hookups.

FOUNDATION

 * You can put our buildings on regular or ICF foundations, slab on grade, screw
   piles, skids or wheels.

PERMITS

 * You can make your building a permanent structure by putting it on a
   foundation, or you can make it a temporary structure by putting it on skids
   or wheels. In either case you decide how you want to go about it depending on
   your local restrictions.
