Deleveraging and newly imposed regulatory restrictions have hindered traditional
bank lenders’ activity and restricted the capital available to many segments of
the US and global economies. This has created a tremendous opportunity for
alternative lenders to step in and fill the void. However, the market for
private credit remains highly fragmented and somewhat opaque, complicating
optimal entry points for many market participants.

The American Gas Association, founded in 1918, represents more than 200 local
energy companies that deliver clean natural gas throughout the United States.
There are more than 76 million residential, commercial and industrial natural
gas customers in the U.S., of which 95 percent — more than 72 million customers
— receive their gas from AGA members. This AGA luncheon and presentation will
focus on the role for natural gas in a sustainable energy future. Key regulatory
