WELCOME TO AMERICA'S SEED FUND COMMUNITY RESOURCES

America’s Seed Fund awards non-dilutive funding to startups and small businesses
to develop technology and chart a path toward commercialization. How do
innovators and founders learn about America's Seed Fund? Most often it's through
their entrepreneur support organizations (ESOs) - the accelerators, incubators,
investors, labs, and other programs that help them along their journey. Because
of that, America's Seed Fund also provides resources, events and funding for
these organizations in various ways. This site is here to provide information
and resources for ESOs that want to learn more, connect with others and
ultimately work together to lift up America's innovation ecosystem. More
information specifically about SBIR and STTR can be found at sbir.gov.
 
 
 

2023 GROWTH ACCELERATOR FUND COMPETITION

APPLICATION PORTAL IS OPEN FROM NOW UNTIL FEBRUARY 24, 2023

This prize competition is a competitive, two-stage competition for Entrepreneur
Support Organizations, to encourage partnerships, education and mutual sharing
of resources to amplify impact. Learn more about the competition details for

To facilitate relationships between entrepreneur support organizations and
potential partners working on similar themes, we’re holding a series of
mini-convenings each day from February 6-9. Sign up for the sessions you’re

2022 INNOVATION ECOSYSTEM SUMMIT

ENTREPRENEUR SUPPORT ORGANIZATIONS: ACCELERATORS, INCUBATORS, INVESTORS,
UNIVERSITIES, LABS, CORPORATE INNOVATION PROGRAMS, TRAINING PROGRAMS AND MORE.

The SBA Innovation Ecosystem Summit, hosted Dec 6 & 7, was curated to connect
entrepreneur support organizations from around the country to learn from one
another as we work together to build a thriving national ecosystem that promotes
equitable access to capital and resources for innovators across the country.

 

We gathered together new and well-established ecosystem builders working with
startups and small businesses, particularly those serving underrepresented
communities, that are trying to build out and commercialize their technologies.

AMERICA'S SEED FUND WEEK

2023 DATES TO BE ANNOUNCED SOON

2022 America's Seed Fund Week was a virtual, collaborative outreach effort
connecting entrepreneurs working on advanced technologies and the organizations
that support them to the country’s largest source of early-stage funding – the
Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer
(STTR) programs, which provide over $4 billion in funding to small businesses
each year in a wide variety of technology areas.
