60 MINUTE MEETING QuickBooks Desktop Setup Schedule time with a dedicated team of QuickBooks Desktop specialists who are standing by to help you connect Biller Genie for the first time. Before getting started: * Consider which computer you want to use to Connect to Biller Genie. That computer will need to be left on in the evenings to sync data when your staff is offline * During the first connection, QuickBooks must be in single-user mode, so make sure your staff is aware to be logged off during the time of the call. * You will need to be logged into the computer as an administrator and have your QuickBooks admin username and password (not just a user with admin rights) * Depending on the size of your file, the first sync might take some time to complete.
