WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE FOUR PLANS?

With every plan, you get world-class wines, personalized to your taste. And as
you move up in plans, the total retail value gets greater and the total savings
get deeper!

Our Classic Plan features wines that are all from our Firstleaf Exclusive
portfolio. Preferred Plan members may receive a bottle of fine wine in their
shipment, and Premier Plan members are guaranteed at least one bottle from our
fine wine Collection. Finally, Fine Wine Plan members receive only Fine Wines.


WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE CLASSIC, PREFERRED AND FINE WINE PLANS?

Preferred Plan boxes have a higher total retail value and offer greater total
savings than Classic Plan boxes. Preferred Plan members are also eligible to
receive fine wine in their club shipments, and Fine Wine Plan members get
selections from our Fine Wine Collection only.


WILL I ALWAYS GET FINE WINE IN THE PREFERRED PLAN?

You're eligible to receive a fine wine in the Preferred Plan. The actual bottles
you receive will be selected for you based on your personal taste profile. We'll
never send you a bottle that doesn't suit your palette, even if it is a fine
wine. Rest assured, you're guaranteed the total retail value of the Preferred
Plan box, with or without a fine wine. If you'd like to have a fine wine
guaranteed in every order then please try our Premier Plan or Fine Wine Plan!


AS AN EXISTING MEMBER, IS MY PLAN CHANGING?

Nope! As a current member, you are part of the Classic Plan. There have been no
modifications to your club pricing, benefits or preferences. The cost of your
club orders will not change and you’ll continue to receive exceptional wines
personalized to your taste.


AS AN EXISTING MEMBER, WILL THE PRICE OF MY CURRENT PLAN CHANGE?

The only change is that your plan is now officially called the Classic Plan!
There have been no modifications to your club pricing, benefits or preferences.
The cost of your club orders will not change and you’ll continue to receive
exceptional wines personalized to your taste.


CAN I CHANGE OR DOWNGRADE MY PLAN, OR AM I LOCKED IN?

You can update your plan and wine preferences at any time!


WILL I ALWAYS RECEIVE WINES VALUED AT THE PRICE MENTIONED IN THE CLUB TIER
DESCRIPTION?

We guarantee that the retail value of every box you receive will be at least
that total amount, if not greater! Now, ALL wines will be 30% off the retail
price for club members on orders of 6 or more bottles.


I’M IN THE CLASSIC PLAN BUT HAVE OPTED-IN TO RECEIVE FINE WINES. WILL THIS
CHANGE MY PLAN?

Nope! You’ll stay in the Classic Plan (unless you choose to upgrade) and will
continue to receive the number of Fine Wines you have opted into.


IF I’M NOT NEW TO MY WINE JOURNEY, WHAT PLAN WOULD YOU RECOMMEND?

We recommend choosing the plan that best fits your budget and preferences!
Preferred and Premier plans offer higher total retail values, more savings, and
the opportunity to receive fine wine.


WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A $15 BOTTLE OF WINE AND AN $18 BOTTLE OF WINE?

Wine pricing is determined by many factors, including where the grapes come
from, the year they were grown, the growing practices of the vineyard, the
techniques used by the winemaker, and harvest volume variations from year to
year.


IS IT CHEAPER TO BUY WINES FROM THE WINE STORE THAN AS PART OF MY CLUB ORDERS?

Our wines range in price from $18 to $60. As a member, you receive 30% off when
you order 6 bottles or more from the Wine Store, which can bring the price per
bottle down to under $13! Club orders receive a total retail discount over 30%,
so you'll receive the biggest savings through the club.


CAN YOU EXPLAIN HOW YOUR PRICING HAS CHANGED?

To give you access to a wider variety of quality bottles (which would retail in
stores for between $18 and $60) and provide a seamless wine exploration
experience, we’ve simplified how member pricing works in our Wine Store. 

Previously, our Firstleaf exclusives were $14.99 and members received 30% off
the retail price for Fine Wine. Now, ALL wines will be 30% off the retail price
for club members on orders of 6 or more bottles. With this discount, dozens of
our wines will now cost you less than $14.99! This gives you the opportunity to
discover and enjoy more award-winning bottles for significantly less than you
might pay retail. You’ll also continue to enjoy free shipping on orders of 12 or
more bottles.
