LIBERTY CHARGE REBRANDS TO PROMOTE ‘CLEANER AIR FOR ALL’

Electric Vehicle Charge Point Operator Liberty Charge has rebranded so that the
brand better reflects the idea of supporting ‘cleaner air for all’ through its
network.

Offering all charging speeds, the brand is now named Believ, signalling a change
in how the business operates as it is now able to offer EV charging solutions to
businesses, as well as local authorities. Through Believ’s experience, it has
been highlighted organisations responsible for the delivery of charging networks
must act as a business partner and review a site’s total charging needs, so that
they can make recommendations without a bias to charging speed or manufacturer.
Believ endorses this approach as it aims to assist local authorities as they aim
to better service the needs of electric vehicle drivers and accelerate the
change from petrol and diesel vehicles.

Helping to accelerate the rollout of convenient and reliable networks of
publicly-accessible charge points, Believ is providing charging convenience.
This will be done through charging infrastructure on-street, in residential
locations and in local parks, as well as retail, leisure, healthcare and
educational destinations that support the diverse requirements of electric
vehicle drivers.

Chief Marketing Officer Perran Moon spoke about how Believ will make tangible
differences in the movement towards better air quality, through the reduction of
pollution and dependence on fossil fuels. He said:

“Increasing the pace off the UK’s EV charging infrastructure rollout is
essential because we are currently falling short in delivering the Government’s
ambitions of installing 300,000 publicly-accessible charge points by 2030. Speed
is therefore of the essence. Believ holds large stock volumes of charge points
capable of delivering all speeds, meaning we’re able to deploy at scale and at
pace.

“As our customers already know, our end-to-end charge point service comes at
zero cost – we manage all planning, installation and ongoing maintenance with no
reliance on public or external funding. And we remain part of Liberty Global and
Zouk Capital, with Virgin Media O2 as our delivery partner, so we continue to
have the scale, capacity and financial backing to roll out charging networks as
quickly as they’re needed.”

 * MAKING THE MOST OUT OF THE INTRODUCTION OF THE INTEGRATED CARE SYSTEM (ICS) |
   DOWNLOAD GUIDE

For the public sector, the introduction of the Integrated Care System means
having a larger effect over health determinants and collaborating closely
with healthcare to deliver better quality care, livelihoods, and surroundings
for communities.  This will require collaboration and collective expertise
from people across the sector.  Here at PSE, we've created a unique guide in
partnership with ServiceNow to explore what the changes are expected to look
like, and how the public sector can reap the benefits of the new ICS.
