ABOUT US

Age Equity Alliance is a research-based education and training partner for
progressive companies that want to create a best-in-class workplace for all
ages.
A US-based 501(C)(3) working globally, our vision is to make the workplace
age-neutral by focusing instead on individual skills, abilities, and potential.


Age Equity Alliance was the first age-based business and community educator to
address age bias and stereotyping across the age spectrum. Along with our
incubator, Old School Anti-Ageism Clearinghouse, we were first to emphasize the
importance of moving away from the use of age labels (i.e., Boomer).

In our second year, we were invited to become a knowledge partner for Living,
Learning, Earning Longer, in collaboration with AARP International, the World
Economic Forum, the OECD, and more than 80 global employers.

We were also the first organization to offer a virtual training forum to leaders
and practitioners on the many issues surrounding age and ageing at work-across
the age spectrum.

And, now we are the first to measure longevity mindset aptitute to help
employers ensure talent sustainability in the future of work.

At Age Equity Alliance, we keep our eyes on the future, never stop
"think-tanking," and continue researching to stay ahead of the curve. That makes
us a partner of choice.
