SYSTEMA SPETSNAZ – RUSSIAN MARTIAL ART

Systema Spetsnaz, the combat of Russian Special Forces (called SPETSNAZ), is
based on traditional self-defense methods that were utilized along with the
modern sciences of physics, mechanics, and psychology. Systema Spetsnaz includes
practical, easy-to-learn hand-to-hand combat applications and a wide range of
meditation techniques, including internal body energy, breathing, and chakras
opening exercises.

Systema Spetsnaz teaches how to use only 25% physical strength and 75% natural
flow of inner energy.

The roots of Systema Spetsnaz (Russian Martial Arts) date to the 10th century,
developed by Cossacks, Russian Warriors. Russian Spetsnaz training is based on
reality self-defense situations and it works well for bodyguards, police,
security, or civilian self-defense training.

Vadim Starov – Systema Spetsnaz Founder and Chief-Instructor

 

Vadim Starov is the President and Chief Instructor of the Systema Spetsnaz
International training center. Starov Vadim was born in Russia, in a family of
military tradition. His father was an officer of the Russian Army. Vadim Starov
is a combat instructor for the Federal Drug Enforcement Units, a member of the
Russian Veteran’s Union of Special Forces, a specialist in self-healing,
rehabilitation, and in traditional Russian breathing methods.

important for any Martial Artist. Learning combat techniques and improving your

1. Figure 8 motion and wave motion
2. Working with levels and geometrical simple figures (circle, square, triangle)
3. Penetrating precise strikes, punches, and kicks that go in 1-2 figure through
the opponent’s body
4. Wrist, joints, and finger locks applications
5. Working with bodyweight transfer, balance, and takedowns techniques

Systema Spetsnaz training method is simple and effective. Through breathing
exercises, it was easy to understand the energy flow and energy work on
self-improvement. Various breathing methods, working with imagination, energy
exercises…  I felt relaxed and was able to clean my body from clogged energy and
