OUR STORY

We purchased this property in 2022 as our vacation home. We are 3 couples
(Christy and Kevin, Stacey and Andy, and Sandra and Ron) that live in Dallas,
TX.  Stacey and Andy have traveled all over the world. In Nov. 2019, Stacey and
Andy stumbled upon Jaco, Costa Rica. While visiting, Stacey said "I could live
here" and Andy started looking into the country and the town. In Feb. 2022,
Stacey and Andy came to Jaco to look for a place. For many years, Christy,
Kevin, Stacey, and Andy discussed getting a vacation home together. when Stacey
and Andy found this condo, it only made sense to call them up and ask if they
wanted to share this little slice of heaven. We told Sandra and Ron (Stacey's
parents) all about it and they wanted to be included. We do not rent this condo
year-round as we love to spend time here. 

OUR PROPERTY

Not all properties in Jaco are created equal and you won't find more attention
to detail in this well-appointed and comfy luxury condo. Open, spacious 3
bedroom is ideal for families. It features central AC, comfortable beds, quality
linens and sheets, smart TVs & fast internet. The condo has no shared walls and
is in a small boutique development of just 30 residences providing for a more
intimate & private feel. Enjoy the direct oceanfront access on Jaco's north end.
24-7 security with a common area pool and BBQ grill. This is a family-friendly
complex, with NO PARTIES OR UNREGISTERED GUESTS, MAX 6 GUESTS.
