I accepted a new job out of state and I worked with the company's relocation
service to sell my home in Texas.  I was given a list of realtors and asked to
choose two to provide a market analysis on my Texas home. Susan was one of the
realtors I choose.  When I contacted her, she was out of town attending a

As a couple who was returning to the United States after twenty-one years living
in other countries, we had so much to learn about the housing market around
Plano, and about the logistics of buying a home here. Susan began helping us by
email, sending us descriptions and photos from about seventy houses that met our
initial criteria. She answered our questions promptly and with thoughtful
detail, even before we met her in person. This habit continued throughout our
time together, even when we asked questions late at night or on weekends. A few
days after we arrived in Dallas, we met Susan and began an intense week of

I accepted a new job out of state and I worked with the company's relocation
service to sell my home in Texas.  I was given a list of realtors and asked to
choose two to provide a market analysis on my Texas home. Susan was one of the

As a couple who was returning to the United States after twenty-one years living
in other countries, we had so much to learn about the housing market around
Plano, and about the logistics of buying a home here. Susan began helping us by
email, sending us descriptions and photos from about seventy houses that met our
