What is WithUkraine?



When the war started on the 24th of February, the Embassy of Ukraine to the UK
set up this platform to raise funds and provide humanitarian support to
Ukrainian people in the areas directly affected by the war.

How do I know this is not a scam?



While the embassy's official website is down because of continuous DDoS attacks,
you can find confirmation about the platform's authenticity on verified pages of
the embassy on Twitter and Facebook. Here's also a confirmation from a verified
page of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

Who administers WithUkraine?



The Embassy of Ukraine to the UK administers the platform.

How is WithUkraine different
from other fundraising efforts?



WithUkraine is focused on directly sourcing and delivering humanitarian aid,
such as food, medicine, ambulance cars and electric generators, to the areas in
Ukraine affected by the war.

We have 0% admin costs - the platform is administered by The Embassy of Ukraine
employees with the support of unpaid volunteers, people in need receive every
single penny you donate.

How are the funds used?



Today the products that are needed the most in Ukraine are food, medical
supplies, ambulance cars, and electric generators. All of these are procured by
the Embassy of Ukraine and sent directly to Ukraine.

How can I contact you?



If you have any questions feel free to drop us an email. Please keep in mind
that we get hundreds of emails everyday and it might take some time to get back

How do I cancel monthly subscription?



Should you wish to cancel your monthly subscription please send us an email to
support@withukraine.org with the title “Subscription cancellation”. In the body
of email provide an email address and four last digits of your card number that
you used for the subscription. We will cancel your subscription within 24 hours
and will send you an email confirmation.
