HOW CAN I REGISTER AN COMPANY?

Incorporating a company through Simplified Proforma for Incorporating Company
electronically (SPICe -INC-32), with eMoA (INC-33), eAOA (INC-34), is the
default option and most companies are required to be incorporated through SPICe
only.


HOW TO START AN LLP?

To register a Indian LLP, you need to first apply for a Designated Partner
Identification Number (DPIN), which can be done by filing eForm for acquiring
the DIN or DPIN. You would then need to acquire your Digital Signature
Certificate and register the same on the portal. Thereafter, you need to get the
LLP name approved by the Ministry. Once the LLP name is approved, you can
register the LLP by filing the incorporation form.


WHICH COMPANIES QUALIFY FOR CSR UNDER THE COMPANIES ACT, 2013?

A company satisfying any of the following criteria during the immediately
preceding financial year is required to comply with CSR provisions specified
under section 135(1) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Companies (CSR
Policy) Rules, 2014 made thereunder: (i) net worth of rupees five hundred crore
or more, or (ii) turnover of rupees one thousand crore or more, or (iii) net
profit of rupees five crore or more.


WHAT IS E FORM SPICE+?

SPICe+ is a part of various initiatives undertakenby the Government of India
towards Ease of Doing Business (EODB). SPICe+ form is an integrated webform and
an advancedversion of the previous SPICe form (i.e. e-form INC-32). SPICe+
webform offers 11 servicesby 3 Central Government Ministries & Departments.
(Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Ministry of Labour & Department of Revenue in
the Ministry of Finance) and three State Governments (Maharashtra, Karnataka,
West Bengal), thereby saving as many procedures, time and cost for Starting a
Business in India.


WHAT ISPART A OF WEBFORM SPICE+ANDCANTHE SAMEBEFILED SEPARATELY?

SPICe+ Part A represents the section wherein all details with respect to name
reservation for a new company have to be entered. SPICe+ Part A can either be
submitted individually for name reservation only or can be submitted together
with SPICe+ Part B for both name reservation as well as incorporation and for
availing other integrated services


WHAT ARE THE SERVICES OFFERED IN PART B OF SPICE+?

Part B of SPICe+ offers following services viz.
a) Incorporation;
b) DIN allotment;
c) Mandatory issue ofPAN;
d) Mandatory issue ofTAN;
e) Mandatory issue of EPFOregistration;
f) Mandatory issue of ESIC registration;
g) Mandatory issue ofProfession Tax registration, only for companies tobe
registered in Maharashtra, Karnataka and West Bengal;
h) MandatoryOpening ofBankAccountfor the Company;
i) Allotment ofGSTIN (optional, if applied for) and
j) Allotment of Shops and Establishment Registration Number (Only for Delhi
Location).
