     I like the location and the hotel has a convenient adjacent lot. I walked
     to Second Empire, which was excellent. Convenient to the highways. Bed was

     We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Casso. It is a clean and very
     comfortable hotel that is within walking distance to many restaurants and

     Truly a magnificent hotel to stay at with an amazing location to fine
     dining and nearby attractions all within walking distance. Loved being
     right by train tracks and our service animal enjoyed the whole stay.

     I recently stayed at the Casso Marriott for a week, twice, for business and
     had a great experience. Firstly, very staff member is so nice, helpful and
     accommodating. The design is very stylish and fun. The room are perfectly
     clean and the location is ideal in Raleigh close to everything.
     The gym is great too, with a good variety of equipment

     GREAT HOTEL, GREAT STAFF!
     
     I traveled for work and this hotel was just perfect for what I needed!
     There was plenty of space for myself to set up my workstation, and the best
     nights sleep I could have asked for. Yes, the walls and ceiling are a bit
     thin and the train rolls through letting you know, but i was able to sleep
     through it. I had what sounded like an Irish dancer above me but it was
     easy enough to turn the tv up to drown out the steps. I will stay here
     again! The room and bathroom was exceptionally clean and the bed was one of
     the best nights sleep I’ve had!

     AMAZING STAFF! CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE HOTEL.
     
     Everyone who works at this hotel is just so friendly and helpful. Hotel is
     clean and comfortable and walkable to great restaurants on Glenwood. My
     only wish was for it to have guest laundry since we were with a multi day
     soccer tournament.

         During Thanksgiving and Christmas the downtown area is very limited
         access , from hotels, restaurants, to the stores. We also let you know
         at check-in the hours of operations . We had several signs up at the
         entrance to let all guests know before checking in. We do apologize
         that we didn't meet your expectations and will take your review into
         consideration moving forward. Thank you for staying at The Casso. We
