My coffee arrived in a package that was busted open for which the beans were
stored. I tried contacting support and even included a picture, but have not
received a response. I really love your products generally and would be great if
you were also responsive to loyal customers who are having quality issues with
your product package.

The coffee was ground too finely for the Vietnamese metal filter. So I specify a
coarser grind? There doesn't seem to be an option for that.
