SIDEWAYS METAL WORKS

Sideways Metal Works was founded in 1986 as a metal fabrication workshop in
Ongata Rongai, Kajiado,and was registered 6 years later in 1992.

Over the last four decades we have consistently delivered high quality
manufacturing and construction services to homeowners, schools, religious
organisations, private corporations and government institutions.

We have worked on projects in all regions of Kenya, as well as some parts of
Uganda. 

Sample Past Projects include:

 * Catholic Church of Kenya (Roofing structures) - metal grills, roofing and
   furniture
 * Communication Commission of Kenya - car parking shades
 * Kenya National Chamber of Commerce / UNDP - security systems in Kisumu,
   Kakamega, Kitale, Eldoret, Nakuru, Nyeri, Embu and Mombasa
 * KENHA/Sinohydro - streetlight poles
 * Educational Institutions - school furniture

PRECAST CONCRETE PANELS

Precast Concrete Wall Panels are construction products produced by pre-stressing
machines, which are then cured in a controlled environment, transported to the
construction site, and lifted into place (commonly referred to as "tilt-up").

Precast H Beams are horizontal components that support deck members like double
tees, hollow-core, solid slabs, and sometimes other beams. They can be
reinforced with either a prestressing strand or conventional reinforcing bars.
