Service above and beyond
From the minute we walked in the front door until we left all the staff did an
excellent job of making us feel welcome. Staff immediately took care of all our
needs. Due to COVID 19 we did not want to go out for our meals. Staff helped us
bring a small table into our room so we could eat in our room.

I can't say enough about the staff here. There was some miscommunication in our
office and our reservation wasn't for the correct number of nights. I was
promptly met at the desk and it was resolved within minutes. I know that doesn't
sound like a huge deal but you must consider all the circumstances. It was
Christmas day. There was no staff on site as they were "closed" unless you
already had a room. I'm pretty sure someone taking time away from family on
Christmas day, driving into the hotel to resolve an issue that wasn't even
theirs is worthy of like 10 stars. Not to mention the hotel just went through an
extensive remodel and is really nice. Great beds, immaculate everything. Oh
yeah. Did I mention the great staff?

The staff is delightful. Great exercise equipment and breakfast. Convenient

We had another quiet, restful, secure night at our favorite stopover on the
road. Freshly updated, always immaculate, and with fine bedding and mattresses
to support a good sleep. A large outdoor patio area is a great addition and
there is a fully equipped exercise room to get the kinks out. Breakfast is
Totally complete (even burritos and a pancake machine) and there is all day
coffee. All is presented with courtesy and a smile!
