The Guest House -
This luxury 4 star, spacious guest house with it's tranquil ambience offers a
"home away from home" experience. It is centrally situated
The Guest House is in close proximity to many of Pretoria's academic,
diplomatic, sporting, medical, shopping and government institutions.
The Guest House offers an environment where guests have the opportunity to relax
and recharge. The South African Tourism Grading Council awarded it a 4 star
rating.
The guest house is eloquently decorated with a unique African style. The
majority of the art pieces were collected by the owner during the many years she
had the privilege of living and working in Africa and the Middle East; as well
as during extensive travels across the globe. The diverse 'origin' of the pieces
makes for a rich, unique and eclectic décor.
The staff pride themselves on their attention to detail and catering for the
diverse needs/requirements of their guests.
An extensive list of concierge services is offered to guests:
* Personalised check-in
* Transport
* Organizing airport transfers
* Pick-up and drop-off at Gautrain's Hatfield station by prior arrangement
* Laundry services on-site and dry cleaning drop-off and pick-up at competitive
rates
* Tours – for sightseeing tours guests are given the contact details of tour
operators who provide these services
* Business Centre with a computer guests are welcome to use to access their
e-mails and internet
* Reservations at restaurants
* Logistics – e.g. assisting foreign guests in obtaining a local SIM card
* Secretarial services
* Baby sitting services by prior arrangement
* Car wash
* DVD library & extensive number of books
* Home-cooked meals, as well as packed meals for takeaway / 'padkos'. Most
dietary requirements, e.g. Halaal, vegetarian, is catered for by prior
arrangement
* Complimentary WiFi
* The bouquet of services offered at The Guest House includes the following:
* Accommodation in individually themed rooms/units on a B&B basis, as well as
self-catering. All rooms/units are en suite;
* Meals: breakfast, lunch, dinner, as well as packaged meals to enjoy while

* Conferences for up to 24 people in a class room configuration;
* A number of special occasion functions are also hosted, e.g. kitchen tea,

Jacaranda City. We are fortunate that our guests/clientele happily refer The
