Once the KYC is done, activation time will vary depending on your connection
type. If you opt for a Prepaid SIM, you can expect it to be activated within
20-30 minutes. However, BSNL prepaid connections may take a little longer.
Post-paid connections may take up to 72 hours for activation. MNP can take 3 to
7 days for activation, as it involves transferring your existing number from the
operator to another operator network.
Q-Which documents do I need?

Your Aadhaar card will be mandatory for your KYC process, which will serve as
the primary identity proof required during the New Jio SIM activation process.
Q-When will I receive my Sim?

Within 90 minutes of placing an order on Prune’s Website/App, you shall receive
your new Sim.
Q-How can I get my choice number?

Here you’ll find all the available options & their corresponding prices. You can
choose your number & make the payment. The sim shall reach you within 90
minutes. However, for Jio & BSNL choices will be displayed at the time of
activation by the delivery partner.
Q-How do I port my current number to another operator?

Q-Will I get OTT subscriptions with the new Sim?

Yes, you will get complimentary access to the applications if included in the
FRC Plan you’ve chosen. For eg. Jio Sim comes with Jio Cinema, Jio Savan, Jio
Tv, Jio Games, etc. as part of the offering. You can check what OTT plans come
bundled with your FRC.
Q-Is the Sim card compatible with 4g/5g networks?

Currently, only Jio & Airtel are offering 5G connectivity. If your device
supports a 5G network, then you’ll be streaming on 5G otherwise 4G network.
However, Vi & BSNL sims come with 4G & 3G networks respectively.

Once your iPhone is compatible with the E-sim, you can purchase an e-sim from
Prune to stay connected for your upcoming trip. To install the E-sim on your
iPhone, follow the given steps:
