LYNDON BARENDS




Lyndon Barends is an inspirational leader and change agent with a wealth of
experience gained in various operational strategic positions held in various
industries. His extensive network was garnered during his stints in the Standard
Bank Public Affairs and Transformation Departments, the National Olympic
Committee of South Africa (now SASCOC), and during his time spent as an
entrepreneur within the IT and Sports Marketing arenas.  He served as the CEO of
the Primedia Sport Group of Companies where he was very instrumental in the
execution of a number of World Cup 2010 projects. With a strong passion and
involvement in the public and education sector, he has been the recipient of a
number of awards for his work in the community, particularly in the education
and public health sectors.






LINDA ACKERMAN ANDERSON




Linda Ackerman Anderson has spent 40 years as a change consultant in both
private (Fortune 1000 companies) and public sector (government at all levels),
military, and Not-for-Profits. Her key areas of consulting specially include
assisting senior leaders to sort through the chaos of transformation to develop
change processes that produce extraordinary business outcomes while
simultaneously transforming culture. She develops and mentors conscious change
consultants and change leaders by equipping them with the insights and methods
to become experts in their fields. She was granted an honorary doctorate from
Chapman University (Brandman University) for her life's work in transformational
change and leadership. She was one of the originators of the field of
Organization Transformation in the early 1980's, and co-created of The Change
Leader's Roadmap process methodology--the nine-phase model of change.





KEVIN KAN




Kevin Kan is a multi-award-winning Professional Coach, mentor & business leader.
He is an advocate & writer for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. With an
international career spanning over 30 years in corporate and multinational
organizations, Kevin has held management consulting and senior executive
management positions in organizations such as AIMIA, American Express,
Hewlett-Packard (HP), IBM, PwC Consulting, KPMG Consulting and Solution 6. Kevin
is a regular panelist and speaker at conferences and is an elected member of the
International Coaching Federation Professional Coaches Global Board of
Directors. He is a contributor to Forbes, Marketing Magazine, Human Resources
Magazine and is an Advisory Council Member for Harvard Business Review. Kevin
has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Monash University, Melbourne,
Australia and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of
Chicago, Booth School of Business, Chicago, USA.

Dhiren Harchandani helps people attain transformational change and crush

career, and life. His street cred spans 20+ years of experience working in the
tech industry and he began his career in consulting in Silicon Valley. As an
entrepreneur, he founded, managed, and exited multiple ventures. He has coached

Harvard Business School where he is an alumnus. He is an active angel investor
in technology businesses, an active mentor to start up founders worldwide and to
